Aoise Stratford

Aoise Stratford is a playwright and dramaturg with more than 100 productions internationally. She has won numerous awards and her play The Unfortunates was a Time Out NY Critics Pick at the New York International Fringe Festival. In Australia, her work has been done in Sydney, Melbourne and Western Australia, with regular appearances in the Short and Sweet Festival. In the USA, Aoise’s plays have been staged at The American Globe, Manhattan Theatre Source, SoloChicago, The Hangar Theatre, and many others. Her plays have also been performed in Europe and Asia, most recently at the National Theatre in London. She teaches playwriting at Cornell University in the USA and spends as much time in Australia as possible.
