Here five of the Ten Commandments are dramatized: I am the Lord Thy God, Thou Shalt Honour Thy Father and Thy Mother, Thou Shalt not Steal, Thou Shalt not Kill, and Thou Shalt not Commit Adultery. As inversions of these religious sanctions, they create situations where it is ethically fine to break them.

The five one act plays that make up Commandments can be staged individually or as one full length program.
