"Two Hearts feels comfortable and equipped to tackle one of the bigger obstacles a couple – particularly a straight couple – can face." - Cassie Tongue, Time Out Sydney

Two Hearts is a play about first love.

Set on the third floor of an old, inner city townhouse, this potent and atmospheric play will have you reflecting on your own past relationships: what you did right, what you did wrong, what you wish you could re-live and what you wish you could forget.

Short and bitter sweet, Two Hearts is for those of us who have lost love and want to find it again.

EXTRACT: Before you went under, you were sitting in the waiting room, staring blankly at the Today Show. You had been told to put those really bitter tasting pills under your tongue and let them dissolve, slowly- let them disintegrate and seep into you. They had some drug in them to dilate your cervix, remember? To soften it. It’s weird thinking of any part of your body as hard, or tough, especially that part, but anyway, you had to sit there for three hours while those bitter pieces of chalk disintegrated into your mouth, just waiting, preparing to have me gone.

"...the dialogue is poetic with poignant allegorical imagery and musings as these two people try to make amends with life changing experiences..." Flora Georgiou
