ADDRESSING THE CURRICULUM

Australian Plays Transform presents a range of scripts that address firstly, learning in The Arts-Drama in the Australian Curriculum Years 7-10, and then for the TAS senior curriculum at Years 11-12.

The Tasmanian Senior Drama and Theatre Curriculum states:

Through class and personal research work, learners study the contexts (the time, place and culture) of play scripts, as well as their language and theatrical possibilities. Live theatre performances are attended and critically analysed, with emphasis placed on the observation of individual acting performances in theatrical contexts

Additional suggestions can be found in the Australian Curriculum Cross Curriculum Priorities and recommendations for Secondary Schools for further scripts.
