Wendy Lewis’ plays have been performed at Star of the Sea (Manly); Spring Woods Auditorium (Houston, TX), Tap Gallery (Darlinghurst); Bondi Pavilion; Zenith Theatre (Chatswood); Newcastle's Studio 21 and Parramatta Riverside Theatres. She wrote book & lyrics for the family musical What’s My Colour? which premiered in the US in 2016 and her short opera Harrowdown Hill (based on an idea by Will Self) was a finalist in the English National Opera Mini Opera Competition 2012. As well as writing for stage, Lewis has written eleven books ranging from true crime to Australian history.
