Liviu Monsted is the Artistic Director of Mon Sans Productions and the director of the ongoing immersive theatre show Deadhouse: Tales Of Sydney Morgue, a published Australian playwright, director and actor with over 8 years’ experience.
His plays have been professionally performed to full houses in theatres around Sydney such as the Parramatta Riverside Theatre, the King Street Theatre and the Factory Theatre for the Sydney Fringe Comedy Festival.
Liviu has written and directed hit shows for Mon Sans Productions. These include, Not a Word, Passing Time, Hiding Jekyll, In Waiting and STREET. Other shows he has directed are Heathers the musical The Australian Premiere of Prisoner’s Dilemma and the critically acclaimed immersive show A poison Crown by Gina Schien.
In 2019 Liviu remounted A Poison Crown for Deadhouse: Tales Of Sydney Morgue Season 2. He is also writer and director of the acclaimed sell-out show Simmonds and Newcombe: The Deadly Run which premiered as part of Deadhouse season 2.
In recent years Liviu has been called upon as a script doctor and creative consultant for various theatre and television projects currently in development.
