KIERAN CARROLL

Kieran Carroll is an award-winning Australian playwright who writes dramas, biographical works, adaptations and comedies. He has had numerous plays produced in Australia, America and England and has received writing residencies around the world including the prestigious Yaddo in Saratoga Springs, New York. Productions include the highly successful Sons of Sun (Sydney Opera House, 2014 – 2018), Late, Late At Night (The Rick Springfield Story), She Wrote The Letter (La Mama Theatre, Melbourne, 2022) and The Youthful Adventures of Damon Dukirk (SaraSolo Festival, Florida, 2022). His play, The Truth is Longer Than a Lie is published by Black Pepper Press. Finchy – Sad as Hell, a biographical play about the life of actor, Peter Finch, is currently optioned by WMK Productions (Los Angeles). In 2023, NEWK (The John Newcombe Story) is touring Australia and is signed to Nicholas Clark Management.
