Lis Rust has been writing for the stage since 1996. Her play Legacy was selected for inclusion in the 2000 International Women's Playwrights Conference held in Athens. Her short play Lulu and the Snivelsluts was produced at the Edge Theatre, Sydney in 2001, in Woollongong in 2--3 and in Brisbane in 2005.
