Tony M Spink (Original concept, Script and Music) has been writing songs for over thirty years. He majored in Music when studying for the Diploma of Teaching and later gained a Graduate Diploma in Music Education. Phoebe was the fourth Musical that he has written but the first to be publicly performed. It ran for an extended season, produced by the Lakes Entrance Music and Drama Group, in 1992.
Barbara Calvert (Lyrics) is a well-known local poet in East Gippsland and her poems have been published in many newspapers and magazines and also have been read on radio.
