Andrew O’Keefe is one of the two owners/directors of Apocalypse Films as well as being the in-house writer/director. He graduated from the VCA Film School in 2001 and, in 2007, returned and is currently the lecturer of the first-year undergraduates.
Apart from corporate work, Andrew has written and directed award-winning short films and theatre which have been screened internationally. Selected festival screenings include: St. Kilda Short Film Festival, Munich Film Festival, London Film Festival, Commonwealth Film Festival, Flickerfest, Australian Short Film Today (New York, USA) and the Canberra International Film Festival. Andrew's short play Uncomfortable Silences won awards at the Short & Sweet festival in both Sydney and Melbourne. In 2007 he co-wrote & directed his debut feature film The Independent.
