JEFFREY JAY FOWLER is a playwright, dramaturg, director and actor. He wrote and acted in A History of Drinking, ELEPHENTS (2014 PAWA Best New Play) and FAG/STAG (2015 Fringe World Tour Ready Award, Best Performance at Melbourne Fringe 2015, and a Fringe First Award at Edinburgh Fringe). His other plays include Minnie & Mona Play Dead (2013 Fringe World Martin Sims Award for Best New WA Work). As a writer and director; PRICE TAG, THE ONE, Escape Goat Utopia, Fish Out Of Water (Drop Dead), Second Hands, Zen’s Red Mouth and Hope is the saddest (2012 Fringe World Best Theatre Award). He devised and performed in The Advisors and All That Glitters with The Last Great Hunt. Jeffrey Jay completed his Graduate Diploma in Directing at NIDA in 2010 and he is currently Director of New Writing at Black Swan State Theatre Company and a lead artist in Perth theatre collective The Last Great Hunt.
