Liam Ormsby is a professionally trained actor turned director, turned writer who first founded Waxing Lyrical Productions in 2006 with fellow acting graduate Chris Roberts.
Since then Liam has written and produced six professional productions inside and outside of the Adelaide Fringe including the 2015 Adelaide Fringe award winning production Antillia, it’s 2016 Adelaide Fringe follow up The Storm and finally Hannah which featured in the 2018 Adelaide Fringe.
After years of experience working with secondary school drama students in schools throughout Adelaide, Liam developed Waxing Lyrical's annual in-school performances of Romeo & Juliet and Macbeth which have toured South Australian schools for the past nine years.
