ANNA BENNETTS

Anna Bennetts is a writer, actor and filmmaker. Her full length plays include Shift, which was runner-up and Asia Pacific regional winner in the BBC World Service International Radio Play Competition 2009; and The Speechwriter which had a sell-out season at Perth’s Blue Room Theatre in 2007. Her short plays have been performed in London and Australia and include The Same Paige which was a finalist in the UK Sitcom Trials 2009 and performed at Leicester Square Theatre. Trained at the New York Film Academy, Anna has written and directed a number of short films and videos including Chiko Roll: An Australian Oddyssey and Unlock, which came runner-up in the Hope Awards (Drama) 2006.
