Lorin Clarke

Lorin Clarke is a writer/producer who has worked in radio, television and theatre. While studying arts/law at the University of Melbourne and Boston College, USA, Lorin wrote and directed two full-length plays which were produced by her company The Really Useless Theatre Company in 1998 and 2000. Upon graduating, Lorin wrote and directed People Watching (2003, fortyfivedownstairs, Melbourne). People Watching won second prize in the 2004 International Student Playscript Competition. Lorin was the head of Creative Development at Ruby Entertainment for three years, working on film and television projects such as Crackerjack, Bad Eggs and the Murray Whelan series. She wrote, produced and presented the radio show Tough Love on Triple M. Her most recent work is The Fitzroy Diaries, an audio fiction series made by ABC RN and also released as a podcast. Series two is being released in 2019.
