Steven Snell

Steven Snell was an engineering drop-out and factory worker when he first started writing.

His produced plays include The Assurance (Blue Room Theatre) and Damon (ABC Radio Drama).

Keeper (now known as Hints and Tips for the Uninitiated) won the George Fairfax Memorial Play Award 2005 and has been produced at the Castlemaine State Festival and the Blue Room Theatre.

In 2004 he completed an Australian Writers' Guild Playwright Mentorship with Justin Fleming. In 2006 he was made an affiliate writer with Melbourne Theatre Company.

Steven lives in Melbourne and works as a freelance copy editor.
