SCATTERING ROBERT

$5.40$15.00

After music professor Robert Dale dies in a car crash, his dysfunctional family and colleagues gather to scatter his remains into the ocean. But events begin to unravel as his nearest and dearest are forced to reveal themselves and their dark secrets. Maybe it's Robert himself who sabotages the ceremony, or maybe it's the mysterious woman who played a part in his life. Only one thing is certain - everyone involved in the scattering of Robert will be changed forever.

"...plenty of meat for high school students - and even the so-called minor roles are interesting and enjoyable. Technically the play is fascinating, with many opportunities for light and sound and specials in production... Has a wonderful plot around facing grief, finding oneself and one's place in the universe. HIGHLY recommended." - Geoff Hastwell, Wirreanda High School, South Australia, 28 Oct 2007
