THE SPLIT

$5.40$15.00

Jules and Tom are on an old fishing boat. They’ve borrowed it. It’s only pretty small. The anchor is down, so the boat just drifts as far as the anchor line lets it.

Not much will happen. Everything will change.

Will the world they knew be recognisable when they return?

The Split ponders the meaning of change. A love story on the verge of a nervous breakdown, or a parable of impending doom.

The Split is a play about love and loss. The Split is a play about people and nature.

INTERVIEW

REVIEWSBYJUDITH.COM

"It's about a world that is full of anxiety and change and pessimism, but it's about people having hope and human connection and playfulness to get through that. So it's very hopeful … and meditative, I think is the other word I would use." - Charley Sanders

REVIEW

DAILY REVIEW, MURRAY BRAMWELL, OCTOBER 2019

"The besieged couple on their shaky boat in the middle of nowhere, no-one at the end of the radio, are hanging on to each other for dear life. As we watch this ambitious, but understated little play, we slowly realise that we all are." - Murray Bramwell
