Born in Sydney to Italian immigrants. Studied history, politics and literature and completed a doctoral thesis in the History of Ideas. Has written five plays, three of which have had some level of public performance. Worked as a Defence intelligence analyst for a time and for the last 15 years has run his own technical writing business.
