EARTHLY PARADISE

$5.40$15.00

EARTHLY PARADISE tells the story of the life of writer Lesbia Harford. A passionate and idealistic rebel, and one of Melbourne University's first female law graduates, Lesbia Harford was inspired by socialism to fight for a just and vital society. Denying her wealthy background, she worked in a clothing factory and became a trade union organiser. In Earthly Paradise the ideas and personal zest which shaped her life are recreated in a play that is filled with music and her own poetry.
