Struggling decides to go on one last diet and lose some weight so she can 'Get on' with Life. In the style of medieval morality plays the various characters in Fat Chick are 'called up' in order to present their views on how Struggling should deal with her problem: Hubby has taken to booby-trapping the fridge in order to keep her out of it, Popular Culture is trying to sell Struggling her new lifestyle concept while Romantic Fantasy appears to offer escape - but Struggling has to admit that he's really only a substitute for chocolate. Everyone is stuck in their role, and Struggling comes to realise that she needs to look carefully at her life instead of trying to change her body.
