Judith is writing a book about breasts. She has done the interviews, made the tapes and now, after some years away, has returned home to shut herself off from the world and write. Two school friends turn up. It used to be that Judith was the adventurous one, Sabine the vain sex goddess and Anna the sweet virgin. Have they really changed so much? When they act out memories of an old school play, Judith finds that there is more to the meaning of 'breast' than a well-researched project.
'[A] multi-layered, passionate story of feminine love and caring, strung between tragic and comic pegs... and of course there are breasts, volcanoes and Sister Agatha.' Jan Lahney, The Cairns Post, Nov 16, 2004
