A rich middle aged woman has recently been murdered in the area and the usually serene leafy boulevards have become conduits for fear and suspicion. Behind one high-walled, security-screened veneer, a disparate group of family members await the arrival of their mother for a family celebration. But as the night wears on and Mother fails to appear the family members start to look at each other in a new light. Suspicions turn to accusations, relationships are exposed and secrets revealed.
