The Tribulation of Abacus Christie

Abacus Christie is a complex adding machine with human emotions. After spending 23 days in bed, weighed down by post romantic fugue, Abacus decides, in a flash of brilliance, that Lilly is his one and only. The story thus revolves around his gallant journey, both physical and mental, back to Lilly's door, where he is met not by romance but with the brute truth. How easily reality can become unreal. How quickly the light can to fade to shadow.
