A group of schoolgirls travels to Mermaid Island to attend a survival camp, unaware of the creatures who live in and around the beautiful island. Trouble starts when the dolphins pick up signals that their island is going to be bought out by Mr. Big, a property developer with a history of destroying island ecologies to create tourist resorts. When Mermaid Miranda and the Seaslobs realise that someone on the island is acting as an informer to Mr. Big, they join forces to find the imposter. (Variable cast)
