Where are my free script points?
This feature has been retired with the new website. For members who had accrued a large number of points, you can apply for a voucher - these applications are assessed on a case-by-case basis and you can begin the process
I bought a copy license but I can’t read the script
Copy licenses are just that - a license to make a copy of a script you already own. Copy licenses do not come with a copy of the script and this must be purchased separately.
Do you sell hard copy scripts?
APT only sells digital downloads of scripts. We do, however, refer sales onto Currency Press and Playlab Theatre - both of these partners sell hard copy scripts. You'll be able to tell when you're leaving our website as the purchase
Do you provide school invoices?
We provide invoices for bulk orders of 25 scripts or more for Currency Press titles only. APT & Playlab titles are not available for invoicing. To arrange a quote for Currency titles, please email hello@apt.org.au
Where are my downloads?
You can find your downloads at the Member Hub. Simply click the downloads link on the left to view all available downloads. A download link is also sent with your tax invoice
How do I view my past orders?
Orders made prior to 11 May 2022 can no longer be viewed online but you can request a copy of your receipt by emailing us at hello@apt.org.au To view other orders and downloads, please head to the Member
How do I add members to my multi-membership?
You can add members at the Multi-membership Portal. You have the option of sharing a personalised link with members, or adding them yourself. From this page you can also see a list of current members.
How do I cancel my recurring membership charge?
You can cancel this in PayPal directly here: https://www.paypal.com/myaccount/autopay/
