This play is a black comedy about ruthless power struggles in the corporate business sector.A woman, Ruth, re-enters the workforce after her husband's death. She gets a job as a personnel consultant at Pierce Personnel, a small firm run by a woman called Kate. Inadvertently she discovers inappropriate business dealings both with clients and within the firm. Manipulation and coercion ensue, resulting in a harrowing court case which ultimately results in Kate going into liquidation and a vehement quest for revenge!
