THE SHANKILL BUTCHER’S HAVIN’ TEA

$5.40$15.00

Based on true events in London and Belfast. Mickey a young Belfast Republican struggles with the decision to make a phone call that will end the life of Belfast man Billie Moore, the last living member of the mass-murdering loyalist Shankill Butcher’s gang, whilst Irish nuns are providing food and shelter to Billie. The sisters desperately try to get Mickey to think about his own soul and not murder Billy by his own hand, or by any other. With murder in his heart, Mickey walks away, immobilised by respect for these Irish women, with their holy vows.
