EXTRACT: Then this morning, when I woke up I crept out of bed to pee and when I turned back to the bed he lay there, asleep. And it seemed to me Apollo lay in my bed. This godlike creature twisted in the sheets of my bed. And I tried to slip back into bed but the movement must have disturbed him and I was terrified that he could now see me bare, in the morning light. Who wants their young lover to see them naked in the morning light?
